Alliance of Music Podcasters
The Alliance of Music Podcasters (AMP) is an independent affiliation of podcast creators whose primary podcast content categories fall under Music, Music History, Music Interviews, and Music Commentary. These content categorizations are based on the standards across dozens of Podcast Digital Service Providers (DSPs) including, but not limited to Apple Podcasts, Pandora, Amazon Music, Spotify, Google Podcasts, and more.
The mission of AMP is to develop a network and facilitate the discussion of the unique issues and solutions facing music podcast creators. Some of the topics covered may include licensing, fair use, copyright, podcast exchange platform for rights-holders, RIAA takedowns, music DSPs, best practices, radio and podcasting, content creation, guest offers and opportunities, cross-promotion, and other member generated discussions.
